These Terms of Service govern your use of the Habitat Mart website and any order you place with us, whether through this website, Facebook, or Zalo. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order with us. If you are placing an order on behalf of someone else, such as a friend or family member as the delivery recipient, you are responsible for making sure the information you provide about them is accurate.
Habitat Mart sources products from suppliers in the United States. We try to describe products accurately, but availability, packaging, and minor product details can change without notice, since we do not manufacture these products ourselves. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after you confirm your order, our support team will contact you to agree on a substitute, a delay, or a refund.
Orders are currently placed by contacting our support team on Facebook or Zalo, where we confirm the product, quantity, price, shipping cost, and your delivery information before your order is created. An order is not considered complete until Habitat Mart has confirmed both the order details and your payment.
The full process is set out in our Guides page. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone number, and delivery address you provide.
Prices, shipping costs, and totals are confirmed with you directly before payment. Payment is currently made by bank transfer to our official account, following the instructions in our Payment Guide. We will never ask for your bank password, OTP code, or PIN, and you should never share these with anyone claiming to represent us.
Products are shipped from the United States to Vietnam. Delivery timelines, coverage, and what happens if a delivery cannot be completed are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you create an account on this site, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

The Habitat Mart name, logo, and the content we create for this site, such as page text and layout, belong to Habitat Mart or our licensors. Product photography may belong to third-party sources or suppliers. You may not copy or reuse our original content for commercial purposes without permission.
We work to keep product information, pricing, and shipping estimates accurate, but this website and our service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Delivery timelines, especially for international shipping, are estimates, not guarantees, for the reasons described in our Shipping Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, Habitat Mart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or an order you place with us. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
Because Habitat Mart delivers to customers in Vietnam, these Terms are intended to be interpreted in a way consistent with Vietnamese law where it applies. This section is a placeholder: the specific governing law and dispute resolution process should be confirmed with a legal professional based on where Habitat Mart is legally registered and where its customers are located, before this document is relied on as final.
